Who Are We?
Visualize Trades is built, ran and operated by myself, Taylor Bontrager and I am a data nerd and enjoys creating and building things both in the physical and digital world. I have been actively trading and investing since 2016 and has worked as a Data Scientist and Engineer for the past decade for small firms up to Fortune 500 companies. My specialty has been in market and behavioral analysis and predictive analytics. More simply put I sought to answer and build a solution to the question “Where are gaps and areas of improvement and how do we fill or resolve them?”
How Did Visualize Trades Start?
Visualize Trades was started by myself (Taylor Bontrager) as a way for me to understand what is happening in the markets in real-time and how retail investors leverage scalping strategies and swing trading strategies to become a profitable trader. Initially it was a personal project but when multiple close friends kept asking me how to trade and how to be profitable in the stock market. Only after showing my homemade software to my friends did I realize the value this tool can have for others who’s shoes I was once in.
